Is MODx Web Development book relevant to Revolution?

Been waiting for this before making the switch to REVO after 100 odd sites in EVO - I just don’t want to let it go....

The bookindex.txt file looks more like a ToC in that repo.

Damn guys - this is too wicked! The ToC / Index is way too big to read already! How on earth are we going to get through all of that!

Bob, seriously, why not split this book to be 2 or 3 parts?
That’ll also reduce the cost, right?
People like me who prefer to read the advanced revo part, don’t need the beginner (and evo) sections.
Must I spend my money for that noob sections?

While Shawn Wilkerson is also completing his book, Susan Otwell is also preparing her Evo based book.

Can’t wait to read all of these books.

That would take just as long. The book would have to be re-written extensively to exist in separate volumes. I’d also have to write a new introduction for each part and create three new indexes (take a look at that index and imagine how long it took to do it). It might take as long as a year.
