    @Perrine,
    [!TreasureChest? &service=`cart`!] - Cart document
    [[treasureChest? &service=`pdt`]] *Edit
    [[treasureChest? &service=`global`]] - somewhere in the template, this keeps the cart link visible on non-TC pages.
    [[treasureChest? &item=`1`]] - on product document

    IIRC a user name lw-d had the same issue like ur when the cart isn’t updated, dont know if got it fixed but check with him.

      Ok, I have already done what you wrote... I don’t know what happens.

      No problem, I leave that for a while and come back for v2 ! laugh

      Thanks for your help wink

        I’m working on my very first TC, I’m making good progress, but I stuck on a couple of things.

        How do I get the "view cart" to appear when I add something to the cart. I don’t need it on every page, just the product pages.

        The cart does seem to be working correctly as I can see the cart contents if I open the cart document.

        When I look Scotty’s demo site, I see a section of code on the product page that looks like it would display the view cart link, but my page doesn’t have that code. Where does that come from? I presume that same code would then display the overlay with the cart?

        Can someone point me in the right direction?

        Thank you!

          Hi Terry

          You need to have the snippet call [[treasureChest? &item=`1`]] (where 1 is the product id found in the TC module) somewhere in your document. You also need to have a div with the id/class you specified in the TC configuration (I think this is usually #cart, meaning you need a div id="cart" somewhere in the product document).

          That should be enough if you only want the cart on the product pages.

            Thanks for getting back to me. I have the product call and the place holders for the product info. No problem.

            I did not have the div for the cart on the product page. Although, I was sure I had tried that once. . . I tried it again. Works like a charm.

            Thank you!

              My questions continue as I did deeper into the treasure chest looking for even more valuable gems.

              I’ve got the product pages and cart pages working just fine. I’m able to successfully complete a transaction and see the results on my pay pal account. Whew! (this is so cool!)

              Now I’m trying to activate PDT. Here’s what I’ve done so far.

              I’ve configured pay pay to enable auto return to my thank you page
              I’ve turned on PDT and have a token

              I created a thank you page that contains some introductory text and the following:

              [!TreasureChest? &services=`pdt`!]

              [+cart.item_name+] [+cart.amount+]

              What would be a good example or set of place holders for this page?

              I’ve configured TC module by entering the PDT token and the ID of my thank you page.

              Now when I complete a transaction, I do return to the thank you page, but there is no transaction data. It just says: No item name specified

              Presumably I missed something?

              Thanks in advance for any help on this.

                Here’s what we have on the PDT page.
                [!TreasureChest? &service=`pdt`!]
                <div id="post-payment">
                    <p><strong>Payment Details:</strong></p>
                    <p>Name: [+treasure.first_name+] [+treasure.last_name+]</p>
                    <p>Order: [+treasure.final_items+]</p>
                    <p>Total: £[+treasure.mc_gross+]</p>
                    <p>Payment Status: [+treasure.payment_status+]</p>
                    <p>[+treasure.login+]</p>
                </div>

                  Beautiful! Works Great!

                  Now. Where did you find the list of place holders? I don’t see those on list provided in the documentation?

                    Around line 511 to 549 of treasurechest.class.php you can see the placeholders being set for case ’pdt’ :

                      Ok. Found them. Thank you!

                      Just curious. How would we know to look here for this information? Did I miss something?

                      Thanks.
