          Scotty .. you the bomb.
Thanks, you better step back cause I’m about to blow up.
I have two or three minor tweeks to add plus Susan had some great suggestions for this script, so I will try to get around to it this week as I finally got my other projects finished. I will post it in the repository.

            Hi, Dr D grin

Firstly, love your script - that update with the mrw.php fix was a smooth piece of work - kinda like a lot of things I’ve seen from modx and crew in the last 24hrs (i’m a n00b)

I’m not a mad coder, so I’m hoping that you can field this q for me - I’ve tried activating MRW from manager and get a page full of errors to do with "...Unable to access ../assets/modules/wizard/tpl/mrw.tpl in /mounted-storage/home34a/sub001/sc27704-SDXD/thisdomain.com/assets/modules/wizard/wizard.class.php"

I’ve uninstalled the lot and reinstalled 4 times, twice with your first build and twice via mrw.php - there is no ’mrw.tpl’ file in mod../wiz../tpl - it’s an empty directory.

Is there some way that I can create one, or is it an auto process of the install that cannot be added in after the fact?

The error lines are 22 and 63

            Thanks

              hmmm ozgro?
That sounds like a permission problem with some of the folders.
You need to make sure that the folders in the path /yourmodxroot/assets/modules/wizard/ can ALL be read (CHMOD 0644 or better yet 0755), and some of those folders (such as "eval", "projects", & "tvc") also need to have write permission (CHMOD 0777). I would like to think that they should be installed this way by default because that is how I packaged them, but in reality, almost all servers handle the extraction of archives differently, and some extract them as the user "nobody" or "www" when it is done by a script (As in the case of MRW), so it can be difficult to erase or modify.

thanks for the reply - yes, the permissions were set to 777 though ’projects’ would not change from 755. Received the same error message, have uninstalled and will wait to see if there are any fixers from host end before I continue.

All the best with the roll-out smiley Looks like it would be a great function to use.

                Sincerely,

                Dan

I re-read your post and I missed that the folder was empty the first time I read it.
here is a link to the zip file that is used to install MRW 2.0.1.
you can download it, extract it, and upload the /tpl/ folder to your MRW installation.
I am not sure why it did not get copied.
