In 1.4.0-RC 3, you can place your slideshow folders in where ever you want, since it is the user whom selects the controller target on the slideshow’s config page.
I think the idea is excellent and I noticed this potential.
That’s what I like about this module.
With the updates I made earlier as a test, I get this code:

Scripts are placed in the directory: ’assets/modules/easy2/slideshows/...’
While the packages slide shows are in this directory: ’assets/modules/libs/slideshows/...’
For variables, we must update the syntax in the file to launch the slideshow (simple.php, contentflow.php, galleriffic.php...)?
