Well, I thought is should be there from the beginning, to make everybody realize that their servers do not have a ’friendly’ permission.
I try to change the ownership from script to the FTP uploader (of MODx’s index.php).
I have a site that has been set like this.
Once I created a folder by the script, I couldn’t upload image to that folder through FTP.
That’s pretty bad for my opinion, and that’s why that warning stays as a reminder to the user to
move away to different server to get this right.

This one should not be checked by the script since it IS actually a temporarily file.
You can try to disable/comment the
