What about links instead of spans for the questions? Now you can’t use keyboard to navigate the FAQ content. With navigation via tab key you’ll get better accessibility.
Link targets should be written as anchors like "#faq01", "#faq02" and so on (needs an automatic counter in the snippet). Example for such a link-based "accordion menu" can be found in content of www.sybit.de/en/solutions/sap-crm/sap-crm-solutions.html (Sales, Marketing, ...)

Updated to 1.0.3
Fixes a bug where Q:END-FAQ was not always recognized.
Readme.txt now includes info on Flash and Lightbox (thanks Sinbad).
