If you look at the source, you’ll see something like this:

The first line is the Q: and the second is the A:. Someday, when I’ve got nothing better to do, I’ll re-do it so it’s easier to style.
I think what’s happening on your font sizes is that you probably have some paragraphs of the answer wrapped in <p> tags and some not.
Because of the JS, styling the FAQ is tricky. I generally leave out any <p> tags, set the font in the .switchgroup1 CSS, and use
for space between paragraph breaks.
To get the answer closer to the question, start with adding these to the .switchgroup1 CSS:
margin-top: 0;
padding-top: 0;
And then create a new rule:
p.handcursor {
margin-bottom: 0 !important;
padding-bottom: 0 !important;
}
