As per:
http://modxcms.com/svn.html
PUBLIC ACCESS:
I just downloaded Tortoies SVN, got it installed, fired it up to:
The Tort. download url
and an input box pops asking for: Username and Password?
So I did Google Search for your site, for the terms "SVN login", and bingo I am here to this message!
Maybe you could update your SVN.html page to let folks know that there is no reason to install Tort, because they (PUBLIC) cannot access the latest version anyways!
I totally understand why it is not available, but should we tease folks that it is (PUBLIC) from the site SVN page?
Along another line, since I am patiently awaiting the 9.7 release, can you possibly give me clue on using the SMF program with the new modx?
Clue:
Place SMF program into New Modx folder or can it be placed into another folder above/beside modx?
Will current snippets and chucks work or will new ones need to be created?
I don’t want to take you away from too much of your time on explaining the above, but it does allow me to focus on other areas of development until I can continue help out with MODx.
The program above was mentioned as SMF but this could apply to any program that would be included into the Modx CMS.
Looking forward to the latest and greatest,
