in FF the context menu icons are gryed out and lightup on hover:
In IE the icons are all lightup (this has my preference this way you can find the item you want faster):
Agree. Whilst it looks nice, it doesn’t in any way aid usability.
To me, Gray means not-applicable. The hover is already denoted by there being a green bar behind it. The point of icons is to find things quicker.

I agree with Paul and Dimmy, grey button means ’’disabled’’, moreover we have the same effect for disabled buttons like the thrash icon
(in the tree toolbar) and the delete button (when you create a new doc).
Can anyone acknowledge: doc manager -> sort menu items -> click on item in doc tree opens the item and doesn´t chose the item as parent for sorting. REV 1631. If this is a (not yet fixed) bug, I´ll put in the tracker.

Marc, the Doc Manager has been fixed - it’s no longer a problem in the latest SVN revisions.

I don’t know if you are aware of the new
CodePress plugin written by NetNoise. It adds live syntax highlighting (and line numbering) to snippet, and thanks to OncleBen31 also chunks, modules, plugin and template editing (for more details about CodePress capabilities :
http://codepress.fermads.net/).
I have given it a test drive, aside from a little path issue at the time, it works like a charm
Though I know the idea is not to bundle too many extensions into the MODx distro, I really do think this one belongs there. Let’s consider our target market : bundling it would mean it’s in the opensourcecms demo 
I guess designers and coders might not be indifferent to this kind of "detail" (so to speak, rather a key feature IMHO).
What do you think ?

Can you confirm whether CodePress is happy with all the sample/default snippets? There seem to be some indication of it not liking ones with lots of comments.
I’m not completely certain I’m happy with CodePress as it currently stands; just commenting and uncommenting lines seems to confuse it easily unless I hit return. Also, this has had three releases in the past week! In short, a stable 1.0 would be a definite yes but an in-flux 0.8x is a no.
Secondly, the MODx plugin itself is still marked as "experimental" and is not in the Repo. It’s just not ready yet.
That said, it may be nice to make a bundle pack aimed solely at the opensourcecms demo. Are we allowed to have a different configuration there?
No I didn’t test it with the sample website but with a project I am working on.
Of course we should make sure everything works A-OK before giving a green light, it can wait the next release or so till we have some feedback.

the border of the preview window is still eto bleu. needs to bee green or atleast a color that fits the light-theme
