David I’d stay constantly at the latest rev for the most part... many tweaks and fixes are going in at each commit.

I am aware there is, which is the reason why I didn’t upgrade immediately (things break along the way and I need a functionnal rev at least for the project I am working on
). I am reading the changelog from SVN continously though
About the
.htaccess modifications, anyone has an opinion ?
I know I’ll keep using zlib as far as I am concerned...

when replying to a message the new message is always send to admin what I mean is that the puldown is always set to the top user.
thats ok when you create a new message you need to select to what user you want to send the message but when you press reply you would suspect that the user is selected that send you the orignal message the one you want to reply to. but that is not the case.

Just upgraded to 1733. IE (VirtualPC), Safari and FF, the context menu in the Document Tree doesn’t work. Also, the icons for the tree menu seem to be all jammed up in the left side of the tree toolbar. Using MODxLight theme. With MODxGreen, the icons are spaced nicely, but the context menu still doesn’t work.
[edit] Well, that was interesting. Reset the template to MODxLight, and now the icons are fine and the context menu works.
Sorry for this perhaps dumb question, but... The preview is gone, bug or feature? rev1631. I mean the preview frame on the right when clicking on a document in the doc tree. Also the preview tab in edit mode isn´t working (but I think it also didn´t work in 0.92).

Great move Garry, always found the automatic preview to be a pain (adding to loading time).
0.9.5 will really be a big step up usability-wise

I guess we’re going to have to compile a list of the changes between 0.9.2.1 and 0.9.5 that affect people familiar with 0.9.2.1, and how to switch them back. Probably a good Wiki article.
I think an upgrade respects previous settings for automatic preview etc but there are a number of us who use MODx on multiple sites and may be perplexed by the changes in a clean install.
