Firefox 4 Beta 1 is out. Your thoughts?

    Definitely agree. I do all my MODxing in it and it runs a little faster than Chrome. I hear Beta 8 is promising very good performance numbers too and come next year, the First Release Candidate will be out. Be on the look out folks.

      I love how FF4 is being compared to opera, safari and chome.... but merely once does someone bring up IE.

      Just shows how awful IE is. And I agree.


      I’ve not tried FF4 yet, to get on topic. Still standing strong in FF3.6.

        MS made the mistake of taking users for granted. IE9 came a little too late and now they’re paying the price.

        I say, the should open up the source and invite some creativity from third party developers. Google did it with Chrome and it’s paying off. But stubborn as they are, something tells me they won’t and that simply sucks.

          Love FF

          Since I started using FF I’ve had almost no problems.

            Folks Firefox 4 will be officially released on March 22. I`m already using its RC version and I`m just loving this thing. Speed, low and steady memory usage, IEtab, increased number of addons and the more modern UI are just a few reasons I`m using FF 4 80% of the time and Chrome 19.99% of the rest. Oh, I forgot -- I use IE9 0.01% of the time.

            Give it try, you`ll see what I mean

              I really like Firefox but I, personally, prefer Chrome over it.

              Although, I may have to try it now since I’ve heard FF version 4 was recently released.
