[Template Manager] MODxGreen

Hello all.
This template is *fantastic*. Really nice work. Thanks Banzai for all
the hard work! I have only one gripe. It appears that in the
1.3 version (and others?) that there is an image missing. After installing
and making the theme default, logging out and then logging back in. My
web server makes the following complaint:

file: manager/media/style/MODxGreen/images/buttonbar_dn.gif not found

Was this file posted seperately? I found no indication in this thread. Can
anyone point me to it’s location?

ok chris - if you really want to try it , you can help me to test it.
There is a little patch to use themes in 092 (but not very tested )

you can download beta themes and patch here: http://modx.it (click on Downloads tab)

Please take care and report me any bugs

NOTE: if you use this patch modx 092 default (blue) manager will not work you need to download modx.zip to update it and use again.

I’d love to help. It’s the least I can do; given all the trouble
you’ve gone to with this. plus I get the benifit of using your excellent
theme.

I backed up all my original manager files before applying your v.1.3 Green theme.
So this won’t be an issue. The (your) green theme is currently set as the default.

Hello banzai,
Here is my initial findings:
1) Looks fantastic
2) webserver complains about the following:

file does not exist: modx/manager/media/style/MODxBlack/coolButtons2.css
file does not exist: modx/manager/media/style/MODxBlack/images/tree/page.gif
file does not exist: modx/manager/media/style/MODxBlack/images/sort.gif
File does not exist: modx/manager/media/style/.$theme./images/_tx_.gif

Looking in the archive and the folders mentioned above confirms that indeed
they are not there. Please note: that I installed both the tweak and the MODxBlack
theme.

This is what I have found so far (with *little* testing). I’ll report with more info
after trying this out further. Is it advisable to copy the files from the default
MODx install with the names mentioned above until the anomoly is cured?

OK, I just installed the MODxRed theme and here are my findings:

The server complains:

File does not exist: modx/manager/media/style/MODxRed/coolButtons2.css
File does not exist: modx/manager/media/style/MODxRed/images/bg/tabs.gif
File does not exist: modx/manager/media/style/MODxRed/images/tree/page.gif
File does not exist: modx/manager/media/style/MODxRed/images/sort.gif
File does not exist: modx/manager/media/style/MODxRed/images/srch_bg.gif

Other than that, the rest seems to behave as intended.

i think are only issue of 092 tweak that it’s not really tested.

do see broken icons? where?

coolButtons2.css does not exist anymore, must be in any not fixed frame file..

I’ve updated MODxRed and MODxBlack with some fix..

Thanks for the update. I’ll give it a try after I write this to you. Then I’ll
report back with what I find.
One more note before I try your updates:
When choosing: Modules > Manage modules; I get the Manage modules screen.
But if I click on the Manage modules in the screen, it refreshes the top navigation
bar and changes (the top nav bar) to Site. Also, even though it complains about
the missing icons (.gif) in the server log, I don’t notice any broken images in the
browser.
I’ll report back soon with the results of your updates.
