I’m one of those guys that thinks the black will distract from the important bits: the actual page content. I’m liking what I’m seeing a ton!
, I know that it’s very friendly, but it’s not the best for a cms that will be ’’something different’’ from other cms...
It has grown on me somewhat, but I did change the document tree’s hover background from black to a slightly darker grey than the background, just enough to make a difference but not enough to distract.
Some little css fixies on document tree (Thanks Susan) and Right Menu (on document tree).
... (you balanced the load on me actaully
)
and just reverted back using it. Don’t know what’s wrong with me, sorry!
What I didn’t like on the Green theme was that the new tree icons and the icons at the top of the tree were too blurry for my liking. The green color in gray backround without any clear outlines make my eyes hurt after a while using the manager.. the text colors in the tree menu were too light. Btw, When viewing content of an empty folder (by clicking the + in front of it) the text is in light gray on gray background. I also didn’t like the green colors of the "save", "cancel", etc. buttons, that were the same green as the color behind them. They are hard to notice this way, with no outlines. All in all, the green theme looks too blurred for me, and I’d like to see more contrast in it. Wouldn’t vote it for a default template.
