Received "Processor not found: create" error when trying to create new document in 2.3.1

Hello all,

I have recently updated my 2.2.14 installations to 2.3.1, but have run into a problem on one: when I go to save a new document I get an error message saying "Processor not found: create". Needless to say, the document does not save. This occurs on both my local and remote installs for this site, but not for the other sites I have upgraded.

So far I have tried:

• Emptying the cache through the Manage menu
• Logging out all users
• Manually removing all items from the core/cache/ folder

Regarding my Extras, all are up to date bar markdownOF (though this one is not causing issue on another 2.3.1 site). The only Extra this site uses which the others do not is fastField. Also, the file create.class.php is present in core/model/modx/processors/resource/.

Any idea what the problem might be?

Deleting all files in the core/cache directory and clearing your browser cache and cookies is also worth a try.

Hi Bob, thanks for getting back,

Decided to try the simplest of those first, and in fact manually deleting the core/cache/ folder and then clearing browser cache and cookies (or loading up via an Incognito window) cleared the problem.

I had this error too. Was getting 404 errors on various resources throwing this error from the admin CP:
{"success":false,"message":"Access denied.","total":0,"data":[],"object":{"code":401}}

We use CloudFlare to support our site so clearing the cache in that fixed the problem
