Well, have fun learning Revo. I've just recently returned to working with it after a couple of years of an on-and-off ambivalence, and it's definitely worth the effort.

Don't feel too bad; I do this kind of thing all the time, and usually find my error about 10 seconds after submitting a post!

I can strongly recommend installing the CodeMirror package. It flags bad stuff like that.

Oh I've stuck with it since Evo 0.9 was it? I can't rememeber, although I remember ditching Joomla in a leap of faith. I understand your ambivalence; I mean I'm one of the faithful in that regard and I do evangelise the thing, but sometimes the constant search for that one undocumented feature that would save all your troubles can be testing.

I'm just using it on two consecutive medium size enterprises this month and the next so I'm excited and nervous at the same time, you know. I need to understand more about migrating a completed sites into it's proper place without it falling over due to the way it stores it's paths in the Mysql, I've just had to sort out some issues with that on this rollout an I'm not quite sure how i did it.

Codemirror. Thanks, I'll try it out, I'm a designer turned designer/developer, as I did a Multimedia Degree and later just started tinkering with the code on my own time a few years back. You miss out on a lot of the tricks of the trade when you are teaching yourself I think.

Heh. I've been using MODx since it was just some add-on extensions for Etomite. I just don't have the energy nor the eyesight any more to work with both, so I had to finally make up my mind which one to go with.

Ah, I just spotted your attachment - nice coloured syntax.. that looks cool. And yes, my eyes get sore in the mornings these days, not surprising really is it.
