Fix was for a different issue.
I set the manager theme to default and now there is no CSS for the manager. I no longer see the menu to get back to the site misc settings to change it back.

I actually did the same thing while I was playing around with it. If you’re using Firefox (might work on anything), do a Ctrl+F and find "configuration". It *should* find that word in the top menu, at which point you can hit enter and change the manager theme back to one of the other two.
Didn’t work for me, but I was able to right click over the top area, view source, search for "configuration" and see that the URL was "index.php?a=17". Manually entered this and got to the page. Thanks for the tip!
Does this version happen to have a global default setting for new pages to be cached/uncached?

Instructions updated in first post not to mess with the manager theme. This WILL be updated before the final release.
We wanted to get a test build out for folks to see if it fixes some problems and to address any corner-cases on install or PHP/MySQL issues.
Keep it coming folks!

What does "corner-cases" mean?
