Hmm. I’m on a G4 iBook with Safari 2.0.4, OSX 10.4.7, with a MAMP setup, and have no problem logging in.

Worked out what the problem was. I was typing logging into the manager using the URL http://nameofcomputer.local/trunk/manager/
This worked in Camino/Firefox/Opera but not in Webcore browsers.

Not sure why I didn’t think of this when I posted, but I just tried http://localhost/trunk/manager/ and it works in the Webcore browsers. I wouldn’t have thought it would make a difference (as both methods work in Firefox et al).

Ah. I cheat wink I have all my browser’s homepages set to http://localhost/, which gives me the directory listing, and I just select which one I want to go to. I usually have at least a dozen different things going on there, and not all of them MODx, so it’s a lot easier for me than trying to remember what I want.

          Hi!
          I am using 0.9.5 on a WIn2003 with PHP 4.3.8 and Mysql 5.0

I upgraded from 0.9.5 today and all went perfectly but, one of my pages stopped working, it had ID=2 and I just did a "duplicate" and the page worked (id=91)
          strange?!

Anyhow, is it possible to change the IDs of the documents? If so how?
EDIT: Another thing that I just noticed, i have a manager user, with a redirect to id=6, it worked flawlessly before now the page he gets is: http://hemsidetest/manager/processors/login.processor.php (OBS!! The URL doesn’t work, it is internal only)
and no layout what so ever just white background and black text. (if i correct the url to: index?id=6 it workes!

A thing that might be connected is, that QuickEdit doesn’t work with this user (or any user), it shows up, but one can not click the "buttons".
EDIT2: Seems that the quickedit workes fine in Firefox, but not in IE

otherwise, the new version is GREAT! It is blazingly fast! and I really like the category functions laugh

          great work!

Loving 0.9.5, but... Anybody have any idea why I’m getting:
Notice: Undefined index: mgrValidated in /home/httpd/vhosts/thetrendz.com/httpdocs/index.php on line 137

after an otherwise beautiful upgrade process? Example page is here if anybody’s interested.

It doesn’t show up if you’re logged in to the manager and view the frontend.
            Thoughts?

Would you happen to run the Mint Snippet for your stats, by any chance ?

I think it’s the one to blame... now why wouldn’t it work with 0.9.5 when it did before, I wouldn’t know...

Thanks for the suggestion, but I’m not running Mint. I actually just tried making the template just "[*content*]" and nothing else, but the error is still there, so I don’t think it’s any snippets or anything.

I also tried disabling the QuickEdit module but that had no effect either.

another thing, how does one use the "Link Attribute" feature??

i have set it to: target="_blank" which would open it up in a new window,..however, it doesn’t so I guess I have to change something in the wayfinder tpl?

Maybe this has to do with session cookie, did you try deleting cookies ? I know sometimes I have had "blocked" cookies that needed cleaning...

It sounds suspiciously that all the files were not copied properly to your server. Can you try re-FTPing up all your files in the manager folder, but keeping your /manager/includes/config.inc.php file?

I just uploaded everything in "manager" folder (except config.inc.php), but I keep getting the same error. This is not first installation of Modx I ever made, I already installed 0.9.2 on 4 servers and everything went perfectly smooth.
This 0.9.5 beta is fresh install, not upgrade, and I created database manually before starting installation.

One more question: when I manage to get this installation up and running, I will build ModX site. What will be procedure for updating 0.9.5 beta to 0.9.5 final?
