    Hey Ryan,

I would keep the first style, much clearer, confusion could be made on what is the first day of the week smiley
you might also wanna consider adding the hour / minutes / seconds definition just in case you need them some day.

    Grz,
    Stefan

      Good idea Stefan.

I wonder if the confusion over mixing the order of months/events randomly outweighs the start date for the week. Maybe date_d1_mon ... date_d7_sun.

Ryan, will the changes for the datepicker be in the release? I added the strings with the keys you mentioned earlier, but now the naming seems to be in flux.

I’ll make sure the naming is consistent and know the "date_" prefix is right. Worse case they fallback to the English counterparts exactly as it works now for non-translated lang files.

I posted the updated german language files here:
                  http://svn.modxcms.com/jira/browse/MODX-1050

By the way: Jira sucks. Can´t edit my message, after post?
It´s very unintuitive. Had to search where i can attach the files.

I’m waiting out changes in svn (for example MODX-1054) before sending in the latest swedish language files. It would be a shame to be late for a 1.0 release so could you give a deadline or a heads up when release is imminent?
