Mark, get the Brunaud’s translation tool + the latest 0.9.6.2-RC1 release and compare the German manager/installer file with the English ones.

I would like to change the language filenames to norsk.xxxx.xxx from norwegian.xxx.xxx. Like the english, french and swedish names. The reason is in a way explained here. Is these possible, or will it conflict with other parts of the MODx-system?

I think, thererfor I am! But what I am, and why...?
