0.9.6.2's New installer language pack [Update ASAP]

Ok I will translate the french images too.

Regarding tools, if you are under Windows, forget PS Pad and try rather winmerge a powerfull tool for this kind of boring and critical stuffs (compare, merge, ...).

Nevertheless, as this language file is big, I will try to provide you a specific tool which check the presence of all the labels. And i will to clean this language file by searching the useless labels. But for the moment without more tests keep all these labels.

Hopefully you have seen this. Please let me know is something is missing.

Installer of 0962 may be updated.
If it do so:

install/lang/french/french.inc.php needs to be changed to lang/francais/francais.inc.php so that it matches up the language files in manager/includes/lang/francais.inc.php.

Japanese team will update language file of installer later.

Is release imminent? I added an item in Jira this evening about hardcoded language in the installation. Is there time to fix that, ie should I wait and upload the files when its done or do you want them right away?

This is for RC1; we should be able to address your issue for another RC and/or GA release.

Good question Pont, I really don’t know how foundation team decides about the release date, I remember that i saw an official release topic note in my Gmail notifier last year for the 0.9.6.1 & that was exactly the same time as i was about zipping-up and replying back the Persian language files for the installer!, Maybe we need some highlighted deadline or call it the insurance for internationalization purposes?, Ill ask this from foundation team and let you know what i get
