I see on wiki that I will have to do this:
* manager/includes/lang/romanian.inc.php
* manager/includes/lang/romanian/romanian_country.inc.php
* assets/snippets/ditto/lang/romanian.inc.php
* assets/plugins/tinymce/lang/romanian.inc.php
* assets/modules/docmanager/lang/romanian.inc.php
Is that all? Or I must translate all documents found in http://wiki.modxcms.com/index.php/Category:Language_Files

The path way you mentioned is all you need to go for and the wiki page is nothing but like a bag full of an every language file that ever done and worth to be updated time to time by the authors and other wiki members who has found a typo in the files itself.

I’m not so sure but there might be a possibility for a new language support sub-forum as someone submit a language file?
