Just to clear up the problem, somehow the WebLogin snippet was not intalled. Will invesitgate why not.
is there something i can do on this end? a file i should throw up on the server?

All the support files are in their proper place in /assets/snippets/weblogin. The snippet itself needs to be created in the Manager, at Manage resources -> Snippets. I’ve sent you a PM with the gory details.
What I would like to know is why it didn’t get installed as part of the installation process. Did you by any chance clear the checkbox on the installation page that gives the long list of optional snippet/plugin/module installations? Everything else seems to be installed as normal.

Everything I did was default install and did not muck with any of the settings. I also downloaded the source multiple times thinking that perhaps just that one file was corrupt on download. At any rate, after I followed your instructions and created the new snippet, it worked immediately.

Total bafflement here. Downloaded and installed both types without a hiccup. Well, I guess all’s well that ends well, but still
Is there any way of finding out when the quickedit problem I posted about in this thread will be addressed. It’s turning out to be a real killer as far as clients are concerned.
Any help, response, pointers would be greatly appreciated!
