Maxigallery IE7 slimbox problem

Solved!

I downloaded the updated Slimbox javascript and CSS files (from the digitalia site) and loaded them into my ModX installation. Now the slimbox works great on all my PC’s, including my Vista laptop.

Sorry, I was a little premature in saying Solved. The SlimBox now works GREAT however in IE (7) however I get a browser error message of:
’Fx.Transitions.sineInOut’ is null or not an object (on line 13)

This error does not show up in FireFox. And, again, otherwise everything works great.

The problem can be observed by visiting a sample gallery page at http://www<dot>cambius>dot>com/icc-projects/concrete-tilt-up/Steels-Calgary.html

Any suggestions on what the problem could be? Or can anybody point me in a direction where I can get this solved?

This is really out of MaxiGallery scope, I guess you can get better help from Slimbox support channels..

I’m not sure it is out of Maxigallery scope.

My situation:

• Maxigallery in Modxcms with original mootools.js and slimbox.js works fine in FF and not in IE7
• Maxigallery in Modxcms with mootools.js, slimbox.js and css from digitalia site works fine in IE and not in FF. Furthermore in FF in the modx manager my document structure disappears with the updated files
• Slimbox from the digitalia site with the example.html works perfectly in both FF and IE7

I’m already digging into the .js files to see what could be the differences but I’m by no means a JS guru. Has anyone encountered the same problem and possibly found a solution?

Hmm.. I don’t know what’s the problem, but it would be good to have it solved.

Could you try the gallery here. I have setup a simple smoothgallery with maxigallery there and it seems to work for me in FF and IE7, does it work at your end?

Thanks Doze for your quick reply. But I was mistaken The problem is solved. I wasn’t aware of the requirement of using Maxigallery cached on an uncached page. Now it’s working, it rocks!

By the way, nice pics on your site and, many thanks for the work and help for all Modxusers. It’s patient gurus like yourself that help me learn more about this great CMS and web programming in general.
