Support/Comments for EasyPoll

Doh! Thought I’d checked that one already!

I’m having trouble with this module. I’ve done all the setup and stuff, but when setting up polls, i don’t have any checkboxes. SO that means I can’t activate the polls. I’ve checked the box when setting it up, but when the poll is finished, when you look at the table, you see nothing to check. Hence i get the error "No polls available at this time" Any help would be great!

I think you’re problem is related to the language(s)
How have you filled your choices? have you filled both the Internal title and the
translation?

HI,
I am having trouble getting the poll to be active. I have the title set and translation as well as checking the visible box. Set the start and end dates and I get an error:

"« MODx Parse Error »
MODx encountered the following error while attempting to parse the requested resource:
« EasyPoll Snippet Error: The poll with id 2 is not available »"

Any Ideas???

If this is the only problem then I may dare to say you have the poll publish date set to a date later then today (which would be tomorrow at the earliest) This way, the poll has nothing active.

You need to set your publishing date to at least today or even yesterday! ;-)

I can’t find option for random output.

I have Evo running on an IIS server. On my own (Apache) server EasyPoll seemed to work. However on the remote installation I get the following error when trying to create options for the Poll Question:
