does his work with 0.9.5?

OK using 0.9.5 .. my mod id is 5 and this is what i have put in the appropriate place : &modId=Module ID;int;5

however when i click anything .. such as send mail .. i get No Record Found For ID 0 ...


any ideas?

fixed it .. DOH!

The time has come for me to actually the Koops mailing list I have on my site, but despite working just fine when i originally tested it, it’s now not working! When I click on the "send mail" link, I get the option to enter a subject, but underneath that there is an iframe with the front page of my site in it. Above it it says something like "if you can not enter anything in the field below click the new page icon", but I can’t see any new page icon anywhere. Clicking the New Document icon on the site nav-tree just creates a new document and doesn’t do anything with Koops. I don’t want to send out a document, I just want to be able to type some stuff up myself and send it out to the people on my list. I used to be able to do that when I was originally testing the site, but now I can’t. Very odd! I did upgrade the site from 0.9.2.2 to 0.9.5 while my site was still in the testing phase, but i can’t remember if it was before or after i tested KoopsMailingListX.

So, in short I’d really like to be able to just type something up and send it off to the people on my mailing list. Any ideas?

Justed wanted to say.... wow! awesome mod.

Two little feature that I was wondering if possible to add -

1. For the site owner to get an email confirmation when somebody subscribes to the newsletter.
2. To add an unsubscribe message to all emails sent out

Hi, i installed successful, but by trying to subscribe i get this errormessage



modx Version is 0.9.6-RC1
PHP Version is 4.4.4

1. What means "proc_open() has been disabled for security reasons"
2. How to solve that ?

It means your server has been configured to not allow that function. And that means unless you can get the server configuration changed, you can’t use this.

The configuration is probably an attempt to prevent having the server used to pass on spam.

1. That means the whole Swift php mailer library isn’t working on my Server ?
2. I have the choice to change to PHP5 on the same Server...but i think the problem will be the same. ?

4. Anyway, i modify the KoopsMailinglistX.module.php to fit the actually Manager-Theme (see attachment)

it’s a very bad idea to use the short-version of the php-tags, because most people have disabled the short-version in php.ini.

I have installed and tested the mailing list and have one question, how do I get the editor to display in Safari? Works great in Firefox, IE, but not Safari. Please do not tell me to use a different browser, my client only knows and uses Mac’s.
