  i was not using 1.3, and that at least resolved the reply-to issue. here is the code for the checkbox stuff:

  Firstly: I noticed you have used quotes (") in the snippet call for the &formid parameter. Instead you should use backticks (`).
  Secondly: you’ve set the &replyto to the id of the email field, you should use the name instead. When I use both an id and a name for a form field I tend to keep them both the same. This avoids confusion.
  Lastly: You have the form set to enctype="multipart/form-data" but this is not necessary in this case. You generally only need to use that when you use uploading of files or with other binary data.
  
  I’ve tried the form with these corrections and it works for me:

  Note the 2 extra parameters &noemail=`1` &thankyou=`shareReport` I’ve added them in to see what the output would be without sending an email. If it works for you this far you can take those out and test the sending of emails.

  Nice. I birthed my second two sons by myself back in the early 1970’s, and had a fantastic experience, although with a bit of help and support it would have been far better. Most people who knew of it were horrified. How things change!

  let’s hope things change - that’s what we’re trying to do. we agreed to be part of the documentary to help raise awareness but the doula/educator who is making it is so inspiring that we are looking at more activism. my wife is working on becoming a birth educator. so far i’ve just got some blogs planned, but i made the site to help get the film finished.

  I don’t know that I’m the best candidate for recommending a wiki that would adequately complement ModX, but I do like what PBWiki is doing with their product recently. Most notable is the support of API’s and the following:
  
       Wikilets
       You can embed a wiki page in a web page pretty easily, using either an IFRAME or inline-Javascript technique . . .

  Other recent news includes tagging support:

  The drawback here is the subscription price for a large user base (up to $34.95/mo.) I’m sure there are open source wiki’s out there that support API’s and/or the ability to pull data from the wiki into another web page. How cool would it be to have an up-to-date ModX wiki that could be accessed within the ModX manager or anywhere else on the site?!?!?
  
  Although, I see this discussion has been active in the past, I will try to find a better forum post to keep this discussion going. I don’t want to add confusion to this post, just reponding thrash.

  eForm is really cool. Got it working quite soon.
  But in my eform call chunk, i am not getting the result for the following part (can’t figure out what I am doing wrong)
  &fromname=[+name+]
  this displays [+name+] in the email’s from textbox, not the actual name.
  I am getting correct values for name in the report.
  Any help is sincerely appreciated.

  In version 1.3 it’s not possible to use placeholders in the &from and &fromname parameters. You will be able to in the next udate to eFrom which will be here in a few days. In the mean time have a look at this post: http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,2122.msg40253.html#msg40253 for a hack (except you’ll need to insert it at line 195 not 205).
