Note that in the 3.2 release CKEDITOR.addStylesSet has been deprecated and replaced with CKEDITOR.stylesSet.add.

    See more at http://dev.fckeditor.net/ticket/5246

For some reason I can’t get it to pick any stylessets up and have had to modify the default configuration in assets/plugins/ckeditor/ckeditor/plugins/stylescombo/styles/default.js (luckily that works)

Same here: I wasn’t able to add or change the style sets in this seperate document. Will have to hack the ckEditor core, too. At least for the moment.

First I have to say thank you to Yama and everybody who has contributed! Great job.

Anybody know how to get a bigger/higher textarea, the default one just seems way to small ? I´ve tried to define a height parameter in the configuration tab, but no luck?

        Any ideas?

I may have been a little unclear, but what I meant is that the height parameter ($params[’height’]) defined by Yama in the ckeditor plugin template does not seem to have any effect.

Any help on this would be most appreciated!

yes, It has not yet come.

            $params[’toolbarcustom’]
            $params[’use_browser’]
            $params[’width’]
            $params[’height’]
            $params[’language’]
            $params[’autoLang’]
            $params[’editor_css_path’]

            and other.

I implement it in a few days.

Thanks to Yama and everyone who worked on this plug-in. CK is much better than Tiny.

May be a stupid question, but I’ve read all the posts and don’t seem to see an answer, how do you add in your own CSS styles to the dropdown?

You need to edit assets/plugins/ckeditor/ckeditor/plugins/stylescombo/styles/default.js as per the CKEditor developer instructions at http://docs.cksource.com/CKEditor_3.x/Developers_Guide/Styles.

The reason that you need to hack the default configuration is that, for some reason, the other methods further downstream don’t seem to work in Yama’s latest release.

Yama, thank you very much for developing this. There’s so much you can do with CKEditor. Do you know if you have plans to allow for enabling the template feature within CKEditor? Anyone have any thoughts on using this feature in the editor? Perhaps it’s the wrong approach within MODx for content templates (within MODx templates). I just thought it looked sweet.
