CAPTCHA problem (was: bot patrol img)

    I’m a disaster... I receveid this error now on login page: 
     PHP error debug 
  Error:  include(assets/langs/1.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory   
  Error type/ Nr.:  Warning - 2   
  File:  C:\sito\manager\includes\document.parser.class.inc.php(691) : eval()'d code   
  Line:  50

      Ok I’m stupid...
      Now I have configured all, but I recive this new error: 
      Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ']' in C:\sito\manager\includes\document.parser.class.inc.php(691) : eval()'d code on line 49

        You’re not stupid, I’m an amateur. I usually spend hours if not days picking through errors like that every time I do anything. I’ll set up again (updated my mysql server and of course lost all of my local installation’s databases because I forgot that it would wipe out the old databases <sigh>) and make it work right.

          Ok, I’ve worked over the weblogin snippet and cleaned it up, and added a text file with instructions. So far it’s only the WebLogin feature; the change password and registration snippets aren’t done. I’ll work on it and add it when finished.

              I have an issue while trying to login to my manager.

              I am getting "captcha not configured properly" prompt box ( screen below )





              how to solve this and login to my manager.
