In the page of account request I can’t see the image of the anti-bot code ( I see "X If you have a trouble..." )
I have to change some settings in modx?

Do you mean capthca? The image displaying a certain text that you need to enter it to the textbox for it to validate?

You might need to make sure that yourserver have the right configuration to render an image, which usually being handled by GD library.

Can you describe the environment that you use, such as O/S, PHP version, MySql version, Host provider, and etc?
Do you have a website where we can see how the error looks like?

Yes capthca! how can activate it?
I have PHP 5.1.2, MySql 4.1 and Apache2 on Win2000
