Since I can’t figure out what’s causing it right now (and it’s not causing any errors that shut down the site), I’ll just ignore it for now, because it’s "technically" hiding it, just not in the way it was intended.

I’ll probably figure out what the issue is in a few days when I’m not thinking about it, I’d bet.

Thanks, that’s what I was figuring I needed to do with the register part. As for the password, I am using FF, so I’ll just chock it up to that.

One more question, I have customized the Profile viewer page that shows all of the users. How do I call the snippet so that the custom template that I created to show all of the information is shown when someone clicks on the users name? Do I need to create another page (document) just for that and call the snippet on it also to show the individual profile of a member when someone is browsing to them?

Look in defaultViewProfileTpl in /Default Forms, and make a chunk with whatever name you want. Then call it by adding this to the WLPE call: &viewProfileTpl=`CHUNKNAMEHERE`.

WLPE is kinda neat in the fact that it doesn’t need a seperate page for the user’s information.

Thanks! Enough playing around and I figured it out with your help. I was looking at the docs, and just couldn’t understand what was wrong. It would have helped me if I had called the chunk by the right name!

To much MODx today, brain drain and fuzzy eyes are kicking in hard!

BTW, what snippet did you use to create that sitemap on the first website linked in your profile?

And yeah, I know of the "fuzzy eyes" feeling. That happened to me on Friday when I spent 3+ hours trying to study the docs for WLPE. xd

(BTW, the Ajax Search for that site isn’t working. Seems some files are missing?)

I used the ListSiteMap snippet, if it’s not available anymore, let me know via PM and I can email a copy of it to you. As for the ajaxsearch, I can’t figure it out. I have reinstalled the snippet, codes, etc and it still isn’t working. I have posted a call for help in the forums, but nothing yet either...can you offer any advice or help there?

I was able to find a quick-fix for getting WLPE to work w/ SMF Connector Plugin

It’s not 100% at the moment, but I confirmed where the attention was needed and was able to login just fine!

I will be working on a new version of the plugin specifically for WLPE!

I’ll check to see if that snippet still exists later tonight.

For the Ajax search, it seems it’s repeating the assets/snippets text twice, which gives a non-working URL. Maybe there’s either a bad URL path you set in the snippet config info?

Yeah it still exists, I found it in the repository.

As for the ajaxsearch snippet, I didn’t modify anything...I wonder if it’s something in the configuration of the site settings from the upgrade? It worked before on 0.9.5 and then the problems began after upgrading to 0.9.6. I’ll keep looking around and just wonder if I should just do a complete reinstall and then reload the db and assets files...
