    I think you can not use ’description’ or any other modx variables like content/pagetitle... as &tvTags parameter.

      I’m not a PHP programmer but you seems to have to add something like...
      $query .= " AND tb_content.deleted = 0 ";

          I tried to hack the snippet, but I am not at all proficient in php, so it naturally failed smiley

          Anyone know how I can display the info inside the description TV?

            Hi all,

            I’m having the same trouble as many of the members in here and hope someone can help. I’ve tried everything mentioned in all the replies / comments and so far, no good.

            I have installed the latest version of TVTagCloud (2.1.4) and Ditto (2.1+), and can generate a tag cloud for the test tags I’ve inserted (into 2 pages). The cloud can be seen at http://www.rationalrec.org.uk/archive/tag-cloud.html

            Holding your mouse over each tag will show the number of pages MODx is counting for each tag - so I know there are these tags on documents in the site. When I click on any of them, though, I get ’No documents found’ every time.

            My configuration code is:

            Tag cloud:
            [!TvTagCloud? &parent=`2` &tagData=`docTags ` &landing=`66` &sort=`asc` &showCount=`0` &displayType=`cloud` &tooltip=`[+count+] documents tagged with '[+tag+]'` &tagDelim=`,`!]


            Results page:
            [!Ditto? &startID=`2` &paginate=`0` &sortBy=`pagetitle` &sortDir=`asc` &tagData=`docTags` &tagDelimiter=`,`!]


            Any help gratefully received!

              I think TvTagCloud snippet does not have the parameter ’&tagData’.
              It should be ’&tvTags’ ?

                Cheers for the reply tkfm - I’ve changed the parameter and it does exactly the same thing - page still up at http://www.rationalrec.org.uk/archive/tag-cloud.html

                Code is now:

                [!TvTagCloud? &parent=`2` &tvTags=`docTags ` &landing=`66` &sort=`asc` &showCount=`0` &displayType=`cloud` &tooltip=`[+count+] documents tagged with '[+tag+]'` &tagDelim=`,`!]


                and still brings no results where there should be some.

                I think it might be a problem with Ditto, but I’m not experienced with PHP so at a bit of a loss!

                    Code is now - for tag cloud:

                    And for Ditto landing page:

                    Any ideas why I’m getting no results for the tag searches?

                      You could try using &parents=`2` instead of &startID=`2` in your Ditto call.
