    to answer own post, issue with TvTagCloud and splitPagination was that splitPagination (via Ditto) was converting ampersands in pagination links so
    &start=2

    became
    &start=2

    which ultimately broke the start variable in the URL.
    resolved by updating the ditto.class.inc.php file (line 959) from:
    return str_replace("&","&",$url);

    to
    if (eregi("&",$url)) return $url;
    else return str_replace("&","&",$url);

    may not suit everyone but worked for me.

        Having problem getting TvTagCloud to work >:(

        Have a page (http://61brand.com/mens-belts.html) with this:

        [!TvTagCloud? &parent=`18` &sort=`asc` &landing=`73` &tvTags=`beltsizes` &tagDelim=`,` &displayType=`list` &dittoID=`products`!]

        [[Ditto? id=`products` &parents=`18` &sortBy=`menuindex` &sortDir=`ASC` &tpl=`product_page_tpl` &filter=`gender_filter,female,2` &paginate=`1` &paginateAlwaysShowLinks=`1` &summarize=`10` &extenders=`tagging`]]

        <div class="clear"> </div>
        <div id="ditto_pages">
        [+previous+] [+pages+] [+next+]
        </div>

        On the Landing Page (doc id 73), I have the following:

        [!Ditto? id=`products` &parents=`18` &tagData=`beltsizes` &tagDelimiter=`,` &tpl=`product_page_tpl`!]

        The resulting landing page where the TvTagCloud results go outputs all the belts but does not separate them out for their TV ... in other words it just outputs all the documents. Not sure why the results aren’t being outputted based off what was chosen in the TvTagCloud.

        Using MODx 0963, Ditto 2.1.0, TvTagCloud 2.1.4

          Your landing page Ditto call doesn’t have the tagging extender, so as far as Ditto is concerned it _shouldn’t_ care about whatever tags you pass in. Need to add &extenders=`tagging` there too wink

          There might be another issue, but that’s a start.

            Is there any capability within TvTagCloud to add an active state to the class similar to Wayfinder’s &firstClass=`active`?

              I have set up tags on a website using the MODx base keywords. Keywords are therefore not stored inside a specific tv.

              Is there a way to get TvTagCloud to work with this setup? I have nothing displayed when using:
              [!TvTagCloud? &parent=`1` &depth=`4` &landing=`206` &tvTags=`keywords` &showCount=`1`!]

                Thanks for the response Kilroy...I found the mistake in my code:
                [[Ditto? id=`products` &parents=`18` &sortBy=`menuindex` &sortDir=`ASC` &tpl=`product_page_tpl` &filter=`gender_filter,female,2` &paginate=`1` &paginateAlwaysShowLinks=`1` &summarize=`10` &extenders=`tagging`]]

                I had forgot to put "&" in front of "id=`products`" which threw it off.

                  As name implies, it only take TVs into consideration.

                  Though you can do some trick with @ bindings to attach TV to keywords and use that TV.

                    I’d like to use the built in TV description to serve as the tags TV, but this call doesn’t work.

                    [!TvTagCloud? &parent=`29` &landing=`36` &tvTags=`description` &showCount=`0` &displayType=`list` &tagDelim=`, ` !]

                    I have ditto working with:
                    [!Ditto? &startID=`29` &display=`5` &removeChunk=`Comments` &tpl=`ditto_blog` &paginate=`1` &extenders=`summary,dateFilter` &paginateAlwaysShowLinks=`1` &tagData=`description` &tagDelimiter=`, ` &tagDocumentID=`36` !]
                      PM me to find out how you can get a FREE ipad 2!

                      I found a strange one the other day.

                      A client had been making some changes to the site and it appears that if a document is deleted, but not purged completely and not published it still shows on the Tag count/cloud.

                      Which is strange - but works fine if you unpublish the document, as the count is as it should be.
