Right, I’ve just put up a new version that has a few bug fixes for when using the acronyms/abbreviations.

Now for acronyms/abbreviations, the plugin will try and use ’title’ but will fall back to the ’value’ if no title has been entered and acronym tags will now work when selected in the module.

For those already using this, you will just need to update the plugin code. wink

    Cheers, Garry

Thanks for the speedy fixes Garry working well on the site and looking smooth. I love not having to code in stupid <acronym> tags all the time.

It does that now smiley Just put the expanded title in the value field, and it works. I use it on my site for this very purpose.

Okay that’s even greater than I thought, didn’t try it yet why I was asking... really, this is cool grin

          It works nice !

Yeah thanks for the bugfix, it works like a charm and also : great to have this localized, most certainly very helpful to have language strings here grin

I noticed something : when I input accented characters in the keyword (example : "présentation"), the term is not autolinked (or accronymed or abbreviated).

Probably something to do with the validation regexes, but I wouldn’t know how to fix it...

In the language part of module Autolink, ’update_keyword’ is redefined (lines 5 and 19) and ’delete_keyword’ also (lines 6 and 26).
In french, when you talk in general, we use ’un’ but when we talk for in particular we use ’le’ :
              French:
Mettre à jour un mot clé.
Mettre à jour le mot clé.

              English:
              Update keyword.
              Update keyword.
I think the redefined language variables are for that but they have same name.

When I want add a new keyword, I must indicate abbreviation or accronym. I don’t know if it is a bug or not.

I think examples will be useful. I don’t know phpGiggle, so it is a little difficult for me ... (fortunately google is there)
Sorry for my english. I&#39;m french... My dictionary is near me, but it&#39;s only a dictionary !

Sorry David! I missed this the first time round - I’ll have a look. Thanks for letting me know.

To be honest, this is probably my error more than anything else - but I will look at making them separate.

Not really a bug, I was in two minds about whether to hide/show the choices based on the input when I wrote the module and decided for the simplistic approach, you can just leave it to the default option unless an abbreviation is specifically required. I’ll see what I can do for the next version.

Nothing to be sorry about ! It’s not obvious to try accented character when your language doesn’t have them smiley Plus, this plugin is really very useful to me laugh

Is it possible to add "lang=", "hreflang="... in the element "a" (link) with autolink ?

                      Thanks
