So I’m assuming in the latest release this now lives in a different place, namely the includes/config folder you mentioned. Is that correct? And is it also correct that I would no longer need the old folder once I have copied the config file to the new location (unless - obviously - I wanted to copy customized files over too)?
I’m asking as much for others’ clarification as my own!

There is a report about deep folders under zip: http://code.google.com/p/easy2modx/issues/detail?id=19
But it doesn’t not occur on my side.
