    Or, just copy and paste the style.css code into a [ code ] tag here in this thread so all of us can use this EXCELLANT theme.

      if (!extension_loaded('gd'))

      After adopting one method from the 2 above, it should work.

      regards,

      zi

      Works for me! Thanks.

          I managed to copy the files, but there are two problems remaining:
          1) it seems the installation script does not create the tables (although it says it can connect to the database and everything is fine and dandy) :S
          2) I have no clue whatsoever of how to get to the so called ’Admin panel’?

          I guess its possible that the first can cause the second problem which, on its turn, can be caused by the fact that I’m a complete n00b working with MODx smiley.

          Hope you guys can give me a clue.
          (Oh yeah, the SQL files mentioned in the index.php file are not to be found in de install/ directory)

            You get to the "Admin panel" by going to manage modules, clicking on the icon next to Photo Gallery, then selecting "Run module" from the popup menu. In the near future you will be able to run modules from the menu but until then...

              I’m starting to think I am a dangerous MODx user as I always manage to break things.

              EPG2 was working fine but while editing the style.css file and deleting and creating new galleries I got an error

              Easy Peasy Gallery 2 not installed!

              I reinstalled it over itself and still didn’t work, although the Admin shows the galleries happily.

              I found the section in the snippet thats does the check. I looked at SQL database and the galleries exist, so I removed the code below and it now works fine.

              // ----------------------------------------------
              // Checking all sorts of things...

              // Check to see if EPG2 is installed
              if ( !( tableexists("EPG2_galleries") && tableexists("EPG2_galleries") ) )
              {
                $output .= '<p><b>Easy Peasy Gallery 2 not installed!</b></p>';
                return $output;
              }

              Any ideas what might have gone wrong, I’m scared something else might go wrong later as obviously somethings not right.

                Yeah!

                Got it working. The trick was that I had to comment out all of the gd-detection/inclusion code: it seems that PHP5 calls the gd library gd.so instead of gd2.so *HINT* wink. Now to fiddle around a little

                  Hi all,

                  Very new to Modx - W3C Standards Design freak of numerous years and asp/.net but now moving to open source (just started).

                  I love the way modx is so "standards" based out of the box. I haven’t used tables in designs for years now and its hard to go backwards now! So Modx is king!!

                  But i am having problems with running this module...can anyone help?

                  Warning: fopen(../assets/modules/epg2/template.inc.html) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\Documents and Settings\Jez\My Documents\xampp\xampp\htdocs\modx\manager\processors\execute_module.processor.php(103) : eval()’d code on line 183

                  This is the error i am getting- after i have applied the fix for users of XAMMP on windows??

                  TIA

                    Is the page cached?
                    try using [!PhotoGallery!]

                    Hi xwisdom,

                    I have the same problem - I get only the thumbnail-view and every click just reloads this page. If if try using [!PhotoGallery!], I get the following error:

                      according to the error it says you dont have access to the db:

                      "mysql_select_db(): Access denied for user: "

                      Might want to check you db access permission. Also turn off page caching and then use [[PhotoGallery]]
