Thanks to Trillian’s log (great IM program) here is what Ryan said:

[08:54] rethrash: btw, why would you NOT have it make RSS?
[08:54] rethrash: *Parameters:
*&makerss- set to 1 to generate rss xml feed. Defaults to 0
[08:55] rethrash: let’s switch that to a default of 1
[08:55] rethrash: so we can omit that call by default
[08:55] rethrash: more usable that way

Ahhh... now I get it... it’s building a link <a href="link-location.html">Your RSS Feed</a>, right? ... Either way is OK with me, although I think we’d have a difficult time formatting a default link that would ever be used consistently.

It’s now changed to default to &makerss=1

Yes you did but I also made some changes inside the help text as the changed value was not consistent with the help text

Wow! I just discovered the CDATA prefix in the description tag that allows you to have links there!

Expect a new version including this real soon and V3 with TP3.3 specific features!
