Try a forced uninstall and then clear the cache. If you look in the core folder tiny should be gone. Then try installing it again and it should be good to go.

You might need to clear the cache manually.

Can you tell us more about your server/hosting company? If you have skype, add me (username) and I can try to help more.

It’s not my host, it’s one of my clients I already told him to switch but he doesn’t think so -_- I will contact the hosting company so they can delete the contents of the core cache folder and post back.

              Thanks.

              [Update]

Called the hosting company got them to delete all the contents of the core/cache folder re-installed tinyMCE still it doesn’t work -_- LOL

Whenever you’re blocked out of file access on FTP, I find that using the MODX File Manager does work smiley

Did you use a force remove? (Package Manager -> right click package -> Remove package -> tick force remove)

Thanks for the tip Im so used to doing things via putty and ftp that I didn’t think of doing it in the manager, I can delete files but TinyMCE is being a prick and is still not working, I can see if on the manager but clicking on any of the buttons does absolutely nothing >:(

                  Thanks.

MODx stores package information in the DB and in separate package files. If you deleted packages the old-fashioned way (FTP), that could now be part of your problem.
