[Plugin] Qm+ aka QuickManager+

I tried using this in Firefox 3.1 Beta 3 and it still has the "blank page" issue. Just to check, you made sure there wasn’t a conflict with scripts like jQuery or Highslide JS, right (I use both of those)?

There shouldn’t be a conflict with any jQuery based script but for others I don’t know. Just haven’t had the time to test this thoroughly yet.

Are you using ManagerManager plugin? I have no 100% guarantee this will work without it.

No, I’m not. I guess I should try installing that, then?

EDIT: It works w/ MM installed. But I still get the issue where it opens it up in a blank window. Is it maybe trying to call JQuery twice, even though I already am using it?

Alright, revision 3 attached. Now much easier to configure for different situations. Read the first post for more info.

Code is a bit mess right now but hopefully it gets sorted soon. And there is still a saving problem with Opera. If anyone knows how to fix it, it would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, and the plugin name should actually be Qm light not plus because I find myself cutting off more and more original Qm features.

I’ll try out Rev3 in a few days and see if it fixes my problems.

BTW, any chance on supporting Highslide JS possibly in the future (since it’s doing the same thing as Thickbox, IIRC)?

Highslide support is absolutely possible. But because the Highslide license isn’t free for commercial purposes supporting it won’t be very high on my todo list.

Did you use ul/li for the "buttons"? Only because the ul/li I use for my navigation/etc. gets smushed together when Qm is enabled.

I also think there’s an issue with Highslide and Thickbox, since it does have the manager window appear, but in a new window which replaces the page I was on (instead of in a Thickbox container).

Disable plugin in Preview.
Add option "set custom path to jquery".

I have 1024x768 resolution. Hard coded popup - bad practice. I can’t see all frame.
Hardcoded "lightbox" - bad too.

Where button "close frame" ?

Test with jquery 1.3.2 - works fine.
