I already use jQuery and have it called in the head section of each page.
Even if I disable the additional embedding of jQuery by QM in the module preferences, it breaks my jQuery by the following call:

I’ve edited the qm.inc.php to make it look like this and to have my jQuery function properly:

I see that this was implemented to remove conflicts with other libraries. But it also removes the jQuery $ variable after that call...
I would suggest to have the conflict handling as an additional option in the module config.
