    look at the code and change this:

    $firstimage=$path.$slides[$last];

    to have a the url to your image something like this:

    $firstimage="assets/images/x.gif";
    or if you hav e the image in the same folder as your images do this:

    $firstimage=$path."x.gif";

      Hi Dimmy, thanks for sharing the snippet. I am implementing it to a site.
      Is it possible to put a stop after the images run through a X time of loops?

      Also, how to control the speed when ’combo’ is used. I find it loads a bit too fast.

      Thanks!

        Excellent, I knew it was something simple, just didn’t feel like borking any code. I’ll try it out in a bit after I get sick of FL Studio smiley

        Thanks

            It was that easy! And it looks really neat.

            How do we change the mode of the slideshow, such as thumbnails or navigation based? Is all that code still there, or was it removed?

            Thanks

              I was able to get a few different modes to work, but not with navigation... I added a TV for the nav type and made a mod to the snippet...

              $script.= 'myShow = new Slideshow(\''.$name.'\', { type: \''.$type.'\', navigation: \''.$navigation.'\', duration: ['.$duration1.', '.$duration2.'], width: '.$width.', height: '.$height.', hu: \''.$path .'\', images: [';

              and my new call...

              [!MooSlideShow? &folder=`[*slideshow_theme*]` &type=`[*slide_type*]` &navigation=`[*slide_nav*]` &duration1=`2000` &duration2=`5000` &width=`[*ss_width*]` &height=`[*ss_height*]`!]

              Does it not work, or did I miss something?

              Thanks

                The code is based on the old slideshow1 from aeron you are trying to use options for the new version 2 I will look at the new version to see if its easy to adapt into this mooslideshow snippet

                  Arrows and thumbs are supported in v1 per this page http://www.electricprism.com/aeron/slideshow%201/. Possibly your package uses an even older version of this? I pulled the code example from the link above and there are no errors, but not the result I wanted, that is why I asked about my code modification.

                  When I have time, I will try some more raw calls and see what happens...

                  Thanks!

                    quote from the slideshow page:

                    Slideshow RC2 requires any Mootools 1.x release with Fx.Style, Fx.Styles, Fx.Elements and Element.Selectors. In addition, use of the Robert Penner easing transitions also requires FX.Transitions.

                    When I uploaded the mootools v1.2, the slideshow stops working. sad

                      It’s probably not actually compatible with version 1.2 which was released just a few days ago. They had a lot of breaking API changes with 1.2.
