@RobAlex: if you’re not in a hurry I would wait for Bob’s book to come out instead. But in my opinion you always learn better by typing everything out rather than copy and pasting

@Bob - had you considered releasing as an eBook or is it going to be paper only?

It’s not settled, but I think the current plan is to have both and offer them separately or as a bundle.
