RichText TV Not Saving (0.9.5.1, rev 2220)

I just installed the newest SVN (0.9.5.1-RC1) and will let you know what I find RE: this version as well... I saw some SVN logs indicating tmplsave updates when SQL run in strict mode... might be related, not sure though..
