Sorry but its not working. I made it now several times and nothing happend. Now i copied the example, renamed everythink and went line on line through this tutorial. But its still not working. Now i have the this failure: ’{"success":false,"message":"quip.thread_err_nf","total":0,"data":[],"object":[]}’ and the names are allright. So why?
with this infos its difficult to find your issue. You’re online with that?
no i can’t show you that. But i think the module have problems with custom prefixes. its not working, I tried and tried again yesterday but in the end its always the same: {"success":false,"message":"quip.thread_err_nf","total":0,"data":[],"object":[]}
Packagename: registevent
Prefix is modx_registevent_
table:registuser
I have an understanding problem. Where is the table prefix stored? You say here: "Start xdbedit home-CMP to create your initial schema and classes, Example: prefix: modx_mypackage_; package-name: mypackage"
Is the prefix stored only in registevent.config.inc.php? So you can change it later?
I created another php processor xdbedit/processors/xyz/inlineupdate.php in which "$modx->xdbedit->customconfigs;" gives me an empty array (I only copied another processor, so the code is correct).
I could fetch the JSON string and run addPackage with an static parameter, but i’d like to access the existing configuration file.
Is this a bug or do I miss something?
the path to processors normally are:
xdbedit/processors/mgr/xyz/inlineupdate.php
then you need a function in your grid with something like that:
,inlineupdate: function() {
MODx.Ajax.request({
url: this.config.url
,params: {
action: 'mgr/'+Xdbedit.customconfigs.task+'/inlineupdate',
,configs: this.config.configs
, ...............more params
}
,listeners: {
'success': {fn:this.refresh,scope:this}
}
});
}
