Hi Bruno!
I have some problems with image type TV in xdbedit. When I choose it, all tabs disappear and I see all fields on the one page.
Another question about lexicon.

Umm.. and so i thought of trying xdbedit, starting with the provided example (telephonelist).

I’ve Downloaded all the project files zipped from github ,put them in place:

core\components\example
core\components\xdbedit

And followed the wiki instructions:
I. Finished the first stage (`The Installation`), all the namescape,menu,action related stuff.
II. Going through the second stage (`Creating your own table-editor with xdbedit`), skipping steps 1-5. completing steps 6-7.
III. Went to the `mytask` option under the components>custom-table-editor and right before my eyes, there it was: an empty custom table CMP.
Seems very nice, looks very handy. awesome job you’ve made there Bruno, thanks.

A small problem i came across is:
When i was trying to add some data i couldn’t make changes and hitting the Save button didn’t fired nothing.
I’m on 2.0.7-pl.

Any hints?
maybe it’s related with the `datum` tv?

you can see there, me trying to add data and the save button doesn’t do anything.
then i refresh manually to load the page and see everything is still fresh without any data saved.

I have a problem using Image-TV’s or File-TV’s..

My Grid is working fine with RichText-TVS, Combobox etc.
For a Product-Image, i want to use an Image-TV.
If i put the name of the Image-TV in the
config file, my Grid isn’t working right (no Tabs, no other TV’s working).

I have the following Error displayed in my Console (see Screenshot)

Can anybody help me out?

hmm....
I can use image-TV in xdbedit without probs.
Tested it just now with the telephone-example.
changed the name-field to use a image-TV as input-type.

My test-config for that field is:

                    'caption'=>'Contact',
                    'fields'=>array(
                    array(
                        'field'=>'name',
                        'caption'=>'Name',
                        'inputTV'=>'image'
                    )............

sorry, I cannot reproduce that on mine.
Which version of revo? Do you have that project online?

I’m running revo 2.0.7 on a default xammp installation with mac. The project ist not yet online :/
I made exactly the same change as you with your telephonedir-example an i’m getting the same error.
I’ve made two screenshots, one before adding the image-tv to the name filed, the second afterwards...
Seems that modx does not load the ExtJs stuff right? Very strange...
At least i know it must be a specific problem... thank you! Will make more tests...
