Could someone confirm what exactly needs to change as I’m also getting the 503 page and keep trying a few different solution but to no success.
I’m using the latest 2.0.7 install.
So according to the docs:

I only need to make a small change on the index.php file ($modx->initialize(’web’);
) and don’t need to amend the config file at all.
But reading all the posts I need to change the reference to the root core folder. So say for example the core folder is located here:
/home/sites/domain.com/public_html/core
What and where would I need to change the reference and should i use the server url or say http://www.domain.com/core
