Resource Browser in 2.1 RC3 shows folders but not files

Hi,
I tried your fixes to resolve File manager problem. But I still does not work.

I open File Manager in TinyMCE. When I choose image and press OK buton, I will get JS error "win.document.focus is not a function" on /assets/components/tinymce/tiny.browser.js?v=211pl line 21.

Before fix this step works fine:-(

Any ideas?

Similar issues here, but only with image thumbnails not showing in the resource browser (all the files correctly appear) - http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php?topic=65825.new;topicseen#new

Switching off javascript compression (System Settings > Core ’compress_js’ to ’No’)

Didn’t work for me, so it isn’t the entire picture.



Worth a try though, because it seems to have worked for others.

I still can’t see any images within the mgr context

I had the same issue using (MODX Revolution 2.1.1-pl (advanced)) with TinyMCE (4.3.0 rc2), I couldn’t see the folder contents of any of the sub directories only root
I only needed to make the changes to the files in (https://github.com/modxcms/revolution/commit/ea641b8cbc6545a4b3f5ceafdc5145d8206dbf32), the others had already been updated

• manager/assets/modext/widgets/core/modx.rte.browser.js
• manager/controllers/default/browser/index.php

like most others, tried the solutions listed here, wasn’t still wasn’t working.. .went back over every step again. realised that i need to make a change to "manager/assets/modext/build/widgets/core/modx.rte.browser-min.js". <<--- NOTE it’s the min version.

now works fine

I stop using Modx witch Firefox. In Chrome I have any problem:(

out of curiousity, has this been fixed in the repos? or is it still a manual fix?

Just downloaded and installed 2.1.2.

Not fixed.

Tried with compressed and uncompressed and concatenated and unconcatenated javascript files as discussed above in this thread.

Not fixed.

So it is something else, for those of us still affected.

This sounds like your install did not overwrite all the files (file permissions, perhaps?) or that you have JS cached in your browser. It is definitely fixed in 2.1.2; I’ve tested it in all browsers twice.
