  I just got the latest from svn and with the default admin account I cannot publish a new document.

  Timon has just put a fix into his branch for that, the publish permission was being set to the wrong value during the install.

  Just a few more tweaks and fixes
  
  * separate login logic from content page (see login.html)
  * fix bug with new welcome page
  * fix bug with tree and deleted documents
  * fix session timeout bug when expanding nodes
  * added failed login delays to login screen

  Not sure if anyone would like these features but here goes:
  
  * add ajax support to login page
  * add manager_lockout_message to english.inc.php
  * add support for allow_manager_access user setting
  * add manager.lockout.inc.php and manager.lockout.html
  
  Was there a problem with the allow_manager_access user setting before?

  Shouldn’t the "log visits" option in the site configuration screen be removed?
