          I honestly don’t know. Try clearing the site cache. Something’s definitely off.

            i figured something out, but still dont know how to fix it...

            here my blog tree:

            thats how my blogpost looks like:
            <div class="ditto_summaryPost">
              <div class="summary_wrapper">
               <div class="datebox">[[+publishedon:strtotime:date=`%b %d, %Y`]]</div>
                <div class="headline"><h3><a href="[[~[[+id]]]]" title="[[+title]]">[[+pagetitle]]</a></h3></div>
              </div>

               <div class="ditto_info" >
                 <a  href="[[~[[+id]]]]#comments">
                  <img src="/assets/images/icon_comment_icon.png" /img>
                  ([[!QuipCount? &thread=`blog-post-[[+id]]`]])
                 </a>
                 <img src="/assets/images/icon_tag_green.png" /img>
                  [[+tv.tags:notempty=` | <span class="tags">Tags:
                  [[!tolinks? &items=`[[+tv.tags]]` &key=`tag` &target=`2`]]
                 </span>`]]
               </div>
              [[+introtext:default=`[[+content:ellipsis=`400`]]`]]
              <p class="ditto_link">
               <a href="[[~[[+id]]]]" class="readmore">Read more</a>
              </p>
            </div>

            my achives ressource has ID:20 and i’ve made the folders 2006,2007,2008,2009,2010,2011,2012 by hand in my blog folder tree menu.

            now: if i click on August 2010 http://v5.nappel.de/index.php?id=2 ill get a 404 message and this url: http://v5.nappel.de/index.php?id=202010/08 BUT if I now insert a Slash by hand into my browser address bar it takes me where i want to be: _http://v5.nappel.de/index.php?id=20/2010/08 so is there something wrong with the achieves output?

              Archivist currently requires FURLs to work. You’ll have to turn those on.

                Archivist currently requires FURLs to work. You’ll have to turn those on.

                With FURL enabled I get 404 errors and like Schneegecko said it is not putting the forward slash where its supposed to neither with or without FURL really weird.

                Could it be something in the ht.cacces file that needs to get uncommented?

                [UPDATE]
                So I renamed the ht.access to .htacces now FURL is working but when I click on the archives nothing is showing up besides the navigation for the results.

                Making progress smiley

                  NICE: its working! By selecting august 2010 in my blog it directs me to: http://v5.nappel.de/archives/2010/08 which actually work.

                  this is what i changed in my system settings concerning FURL:

                  tongue tongue tongue

                    Schneegecko did you delete the folders you created with the years or you left them? I made the changes to FURL but still no archives.

                    I don’t have a folder with the years btw since archivist is supposed to create the link with the links.

                    I will create the folder to test and post my success or failure LOL.

                    [UPDATE]

                    SUCCESS

                    So what I did was copy splittingreds code again but this time in TinyMCE html mode and it worked so happy thanks guys all of you for your help.

                    I will work on making a tutorial using splittingreds and adding all the other details like FURL settings and .htaccess stuff so we can have it as a sticky or in the wiki.
