I agree with you on some things about FF but let me give you an example,
i have FF on my mac with tons of cool nifty extensions but you know what ? I never open it, its too damn slow and performance is buggy, if FF was as great as people think it is I’d be using it but its not and I will never sacrifice power, speed and performance for extensions. I think ultimately Safari webkit is going to be outsanding and can be customized to do the same things as FF which will be a plus for mac users, i’d rather support webkit then FF anyday.
