Here’s my .htaccess file from an IIS6 Isapi Rewrite server :

RewriteRule (.*) http://www.your-domain.co.uk/$1 [R=301,L] 
RewriteRule ^index.html$ / [NC,R=301]

I attempted to use your code and I have not given up but cannot get it to work at this point yet. I did go back and use the following that I have been able to get to work.
```
RewriteEngine on
#RewriteBase /modx
RewriteRule ^/modx/manager/.* - [L]
RewriteRule ^/modx/assets/.* - [L]
RewriteRule ^/modx/(.*).html /modx/index.php?q=$1 [L,QSA]
```
For other newbees like me, this installation resided in the /modx directory.

I still am going to go back and test bits of your code as I am getting better at understanding the language there.

One key thing that I found is that I need to uncheck "cachable" on the pages that deliver dynamic links. Otherwise pages will not be delivered.
